Even the rain didn’t dampen the spirits at this June wedding, with the bride looking resplendent against the backdrop of tipi tents and flowers in bloom at the Gardens at Polehanger.
Lucy & Phil held a celebrant led service on the lush green lawns of the 18th Century Farmhouse at Polehanger Farm – with a fantastic arrangement of tipi tents they created separate areas for the service, wedding banquet, bar, and all-important dancefloor.
Laura Holman, the couple’s wedding photographer, captured the day perfectly in documentary style, with images of the wedding fun and games through rain and shine.
Thankfully, the sun came out in time for Lucy to throw her bouquet over her shoulder in time honoured tradition. This change of weather also meant the younger ones could enjoy the tennis court and the gents a game of cricket, once formalities were over of course!
The tipi tents, decorated with bunting, a disco ball and fairy lights, created the perfect setting for Lucy & Phil’s first dance as a married couple. Just lovely.
